HRHelperG itself is an informational, employer-acquisition, workforce-request-intake and partner-coordination platform — it gathers and structures an employer’s requirements and then helps connect that employer with a recruitment partner suited to the work.
Depending on the project, country, workforce type and availability, HRHelperG may introduce employers to recruitment partners within its business ecosystem. The actual recruitment — sourcing, screening and placing candidates — is carried out by a partner, not by HRHelperG, which keeps the platform’s role and the partner’s role clearly separated.
How partner referrals work
- You share your workforce requirements through the platform: roles, headcount, location, timing and any constraints.
- HRHelperG helps you structure that request into a clear brief that a recruitment partner can act on.
- Based on the project, country, workforce type and availability, HRHelperG identifies a suitable recruitment partner within its business ecosystem.
- HRHelperG makes the introduction and helps coordinate the early exchange so the partner understands the brief.
- The recruitment partner then engages with you directly on sourcing, screening and any agreement between you.

Which partner is suggested depends on the specifics of each request, so the introduction is matched to the work rather than fixed in advance. The partner remains independent and engages with the employer directly on the recruitment itself.
