HRHelperG sits inside a business ecosystem where a coordination platform and independent recruitment partners each do their own part. HRHelperG’s part is informational, employer-acquisition, workforce-request-intake and partner-coordination: understanding requirements and connecting employers with the right partner.
The recruitment partners’ part is the recruitment itself. Keeping these parts distinct is the whole point of the ecosystem, and it is why a clear statement of scope matters for everyone involved.

- It identifies a suitable partner based on the project, country, workforce type and availability.

What HRHelperG does and does not do
- Does not operate as a recruitment agency or source, screen or place candidates itself.
- Does not hold or claim any recruitment licence, and makes no licensing claims about partners.
- Does not guarantee placement, hiring outcomes or candidate availability.
- Does not provide legal, immigration, tax or employment advice.
- Does help define requirements, structure requests, coordinate and introduce a suitable partner.
Recruitment partners and their role
The recruitment partners in the ecosystem are independent businesses. Recruitment services may be delivered by TNT agency s.r.o. or another suitable recruitment partner where appropriate, and that partner — not HRHelperG — carries out and stands behind the recruitment.
TNT agency s.r.o. is a recruitment agency within the founder’s business ecosystem. Naming it describes the ecosystem; it does not change the fact that any partner engages with the employer directly and on its own terms.
