What the business ecosystem is
A referral exists because the HRHelperG business ecosystem separates two jobs: coordinating an employer’s request and actually recruiting. HRHelperG is the coordination layer — informational, employer-acquisition, workforce-request-intake and partner-coordination — while recruitment partners do the sourcing, screening and placing.
Depending on the project, country, workforce type and availability, HRHelperG may introduce employers to recruitment partners within its business ecosystem. The referral is simply the moment HRHelperG hands a well-prepared brief to a partner suited to it.
How partner referrals work
- Intake: you submit your workforce requirements, including roles, headcount, location and timing.
- Structuring: HRHelperG helps shape the request into a clear, complete brief.
- Matching: HRHelperG considers the project, country, workforce type and availability to find a suitable partner.
- Introduction: HRHelperG introduces you to that recruitment partner and shares the brief.
- Handover: the partner takes over the recruitment and engages with you directly from there.
What HRHelperG does and does not do
- HRHelperG is not a recruitment agency and does not recruit, screen or place candidates in a referral.
- HRHelperG does not hold or claim a recruitment licence and makes no licensing claims about partners.
- HRHelperG does not guarantee placement, hiring outcomes or candidate availability through a referral.
- HRHelperG does not negotiate or sign the recruitment agreement between you and a partner.
- HRHelperG does prepare the brief, make the introduction and help the early exchange run smoothly.
Who receives the referral
A referral goes to a recruitment partner within the founder’s business ecosystem. Recruitment services may be delivered by TNT agency s.r.o. or another suitable recruitment partner where appropriate, with the choice driven by the brief rather than fixed in advance.
After the introduction, the partner is responsible for the recruitment and for any terms agreed with you. HRHelperG remains the coordinator that connected the two sides and prepared the brief.
