What happens after you submit
Every request follows the same transparent, human-reviewed path — there is no automated scoring of you and no obligation at any step:
- New — your request arrives and is logged.
- Contacted — we reach out to confirm and clarify your needs.
- Qualified — we check the details (roles, country, volume, timing) so we can match well.
- Partner assigned — with your consent, we introduce recruitment or staffing partners whose coverage fits.
- Closed — partners contact you directly and agree terms with you; the request is closed (or marked rejected if there is no fit).
Requests are prioritised by fit and urgency (high, medium or low) to route them to the right partners faster. Priority never means pay-to-win, and we never publish rankings or scores.
How this works. HR helper group is a workforce matching and hiring-support platform — not a recruitment agency, staffing provider or employer of record.
