- Employer requests are qualified first (country, industry, volume, urgency, workforce type, language, service type).
- We identify the matching partner category and a relevant partner pool.
- Requests are shared only with partners whose declared coverage fits, and only with the employer’s consent.
- An internal recommendation workflow decides which relevant partners receive a given request.

Outputs: a matching partner category, a matching partner pool, and an internal recommendation for which relevant partners to introduce.
Fairness & limits
- Distribution is based on relevance and fit, not ranking or payment.
- No AI scoring claims, automated guarantees or promises of placement success.
- Partners may decline any request that is not a fit.
- Employer and candidate data is handled lawfully and shared only with consent.
